That was an interesting flash.

When I first saw Cigaro as the title, I knew it was going to have the SOAD song. And to my surprise, it has Final Fantasy characters in it along with LOLercopters and Lollerskates! Two things you would never expect to mix just have and it feels so good. For improvements, the FF characters really don't move except for their mouths, so more movement would bring more viewer's attention. The sound was great quality and had great synching. I found it humorous, even though that may have not been a concern. Overall, Great job, but more movement would be nice!

That was creative

I would have never thought of changing teeth or eating a palm pilot. The concept and stopmotion was very good and I enjoyed it very much. You don't get that many points in graphics, because I don't believe people should count as graphics. The only problem about the stop motion, no one moves or eats that fast. One minute you have a book in your hand, next frame you took it away creating the illusion that it was in your mouth. It would have been nice for a story or at least see more of you. So overall Jimmy, that was a great stopmotion, and I want to see more!

Thanks for the good review. I'm glad you enjoyed watching it. Like you said though, I guess I should go a bit slower when moving. It was pretty hard though as one of my hands were clicking the mouse taking in each frame and the other hand was doing whatever I was doing. If you watch it carefully, you can only see both of my arms in only a few sketches.
I don't really see myself making a storyline out of a stopmotion movie with people in it. There's claymation I guess.. Well, we'll have to wait and see!

Thanks for the good review once again.

It was alright

The flash animation was mediocre at best. Instead of focusing on the negatives, I will focus more on improvements: Your text moves too slow. Many of us can read faster. Also, when Ness blacks out, there is one pixel you forgot to shade in. I played Earthbound, and I don't think you could climb down like that, so that made me a little frusterated on how you didn't make it like the game. It was a pretty good parody if you played the Earthbound series, and it was alright. There's a lot of room for improvement, and I think you can do it.

Ness climbed down like that just because I was lazy and thought it would be boring to have him walk around the whole way.

Good for a first

Nice sprite animation, but it was too short. I won't hold that against you because it's your first flash, but you do have room for improvement. It needed to be a little faster paced, and some actual voices would be nice instead of ones found in video games. The movement of the sprites and the sound synching was great, but some of the jokes I didn't find funny. Overall, great sprite animation for the first time, but you know what you need to improve.

Thank you for the review. And you know, you are right. I know I can improve. the second sprite flash movie i've been working on already has many little improvments. So by the looks of it, the next one should be better, and hopefuly longer.

Great Sequel

You havea great story line, and it's pretty funny how Blockhead is connected to all of this. Those graphics are very detailed and something I would expect on a television show. The style is very unique and the humor is the best part. Blockhead is stupid in some of the funniest ways, but may get TOO annoying after a while. The sound is loud and clear, and you did great synching with it as well. I still think Blockhead may havve close to nothing to do with the storyline, but he is still funny as hell, and I enjoy it.

Opposites do Attract

When I first heard a Reel Big Fish song playing and saw the graphics of JTHM, I was in for a big surprise. The graphics were just like the ones I would see in the comics and the lip synching was perfect. What was even cooler was, how you told the story of JTHM, and still made it like your own. I also liked the font for the subtitles, with backwards letters and all, even the small things count. You picked a great song and mixed it with one hell of an awesome flash. I still watch it over and over.

The font used was the same font used to print the title pages of the JTHM book.

Funny as Ever

The series still makes me laugh, and most guys can find this humor funny and you have done a great job. The graphics and characters look just like your real life counterparts and the graphics are very well detailed. You have great voice synching and it is loud and clear. The humor is the best thing about this series, and I still laugh at the jokes today. Great job.

Good, but not as revolutionary as the others

The graphics and charm are still there, but the time delay may have made it lose its pizzaz. The graphics still look like the Final Fantasy counter parts, and the humor is still funny as ever, but I still like the classic episodes the best. The voices of your character are very well synched, and the voices are clear and loud. Overall, great job, just hope this series doesn't lose its touch.

Just like the movie

This was a graphically amazing flash, and still reminds me of LOTR. Your voice actors had voices that were almost pitch perfect to the ones in the movie, and it was still perfectly synched in this flash. Your graphics are amazing, something you should even try to put on tv. There was some violence, but it happened pretty quick and almost expected. For humor, you did a GREAT job relating the CC to LOTR and that was funny enough. Great job.

Funny

I laughed at this and I still play this over and over again. The graphics are very cool, like a cartoon on tv or a webcomic. The music has perfect quality, but its too short. The violence and interactivity don't really appear, but are there nonetheless. The animation is funny, and you did a good job making us all laugh.
